Well, my work as a mom is complete.

I hear it's smooth sailing from here on out :).

You know you are a Memorial Rd. kid when you come up from the water and immediately sing that song.

(I am definitely playing these videos some day at their real baptisms.  Priceless.)

Your first video is marked "private" so I can't watch but the 2nd was very cute! Collin thinks it's funny. He used to baptize Katie in the bathtub.

I'm thinkin we should start doing Mia's hip swinging during that song as well. It would really make people feel the spirit.

I especially like the yelling and booty shaking at the end!

That's great! Mia has some nice moves!

Love it. My kids baptize each other regularly in the tub (must not take very well) and after each Rhys says "AMEN" and then they break into song (same one!). Mine don't dance, though. Maybe your kids can teach mine. :)

Also impressive is how Mia can carry a tune, even on those high notes!

Do you guys at MRCC not wear clothes when getting baptized? I guess that is something the Del City folks are going to have to think too. :)

Oh man. That second video has tears rolling down my cheeks. It's just such an awkward beginning, poor Bodester. I love it that I know he is saying 'gwad' and not glad.

After the baptisms on Sunday, I started singing "This is the day" from your video and then Scott starting singing it. I almost lost it there in the front row.

awesome! Karli loves to baptize Blake too! and yes, sings the same song afterwards! Guess your kids' will have "re-do" theirs later since they weren't fully immersed! ha! Very cute!
