Top five reasons the Lashleys don't have Christmas decorations up this year

5. I am considering becoming a Jew (which might be awkward seeing that my husband is a Christian minister).
4. I am trying to be less materialistic and don't want the holiday to be all about presents under a tree (yah right, give me my CHI, Arbonne, and Starbucks or give me death).
3. All my decorations were made in China - not worth the risk.
2. I can't let go of the rotten pumpkins and dead mums on my front porch.

And the number one reason there is not a decoration or tree in sight is....
You're lookin' at him. The adorable child who NEVER SLEEPS (and by never I mean never, ever, ever).

How cute! You are so clever! Love your count down. We didn't put up a big tree last year if that makes you feel any better. Just a 3 footer. But it was a little strange. You have a perfectly good reason. Stay sane. Get some sleep.

Summer, how do you make it through your day if he doesn't sleep? AHHH! Our kids have not been sleeping well lately, they take turns waking each other up...or so Joshua says...I am so sorry!

My mom says you get 6 months of crazy after a baby. I say you get at least 9 if the baby is not sleeping through the night (i.e., Arden). I hope Santa brings you some good sleep this Christmas.

We should have a crazy moms who get no sleep club! Here I am going on 8 months now w/no sleep. I too live off Starbucks, there is one behind my house...it's so bad now that my 5 year old is asking for it too!!
