This is what my kids think is Mac & Cheese. And that is just fine with me.

I tried mixing these vegetables (spinach, yellow carrots, and white beans) and this pasta a while back and my children gobbled it up - they are gullible like that. So this has become a new lunch staple at our house. Yum-O.
And don't let this picture fool you, he loves it.



And maybe I eat it right along with them or maybe I eat mint
oreos and diet cokes. It's a toss up.
